I FOUND THE MAGICAL QUILL!
Owh I was so sleepy already when I thought I'd refreshed the Pottermore page and immediately saw the 4th clue.
Found the quill and now I am officially magical!

You had no idea how long I waited for this one. Truly, 4 is my lucky number.
